Mix cocoa and sugar. Add 1 tablespoon of milk and stir until smooth. Pour in the remaining milk. Place the pot over medium heat and bring to a boil, stirring continuously.
- Cocoa powder: 5 tablespoon
- Sugar: 6 tablespoons
- Milk: 5 tablespoon

After the cocoa boils, add the butter, reduce the heat to low, and bring the mixture to a boil.
- Butter: 50 g

Remove the pot from the heat and sift in the flour through a fine sieve. Once the flour is fully dissolved, bring it back to a boil.
- Wheat flour: 1 teaspoon

Remove from the stove and let it cool slightly. Add vanilla sugar and mix thoroughly.
