- Ground cinnamon: 0.5 teaspoon
- Ground ginger: 0.5 teaspoon

Whisk the eggs with sugar using a mixer until the sugar dissolves and a fluffy mass forms (the volume should increase by about 2-2.5 times).
- Chicken egg: 2 pieces
- Sugar: 100 g

Add yogurt, cognac-juice mixture, and vegetable oil to the egg mixture and beat until smooth.
- Natural yoghurt: 120 g
- Cognac: 30 g
- Freshly squeezed orange juice: 50 ml
- Vegetable oil: 50 ml

Add flour in two stages, mix quickly until smooth, and fold in the cranberries.
- Wheat flour: 180 g
- Dried cranberries: 70 g
