Separate the whites from the yolks.

In a bowl, mix margarine, egg yolks, baking soda, and add 3 cups of flour. Knead the dough, wrap it in film, and refrigerate for half an hour.

Whip the egg whites with a cup of sugar until peaks form.

Mix 1/3 of the dough with flour, as much as needed, until crumbly.

Spread 2/3 of the dough on a greased baking sheet, top with any berries, frozen ones can be used out of season. Distribute whipped egg whites over the berries. Sprinkle with the prepared crumbs on top. Place in the oven at 200 degrees until desired browning.
