Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. It's better to line the baking pan with parchment paper.

Sift the flour and cocoa. Add sugar, baking powder, soda, and salt. Mix well.
- Wheat flour: 360 g
- Sugar: 400 g
- Cocoa: 35 g
- Baking powder: 2 teaspoons
- Salt: 0.3 teaspoon
- Soda: 0.5 teaspoon

Add oil, eggs, and milk to the dry ingredients. Whisk everything for about half a minute. Pour boiling water into the batter and whisk again.
- Vegetable oil: 100 ml
- Chicken egg: 3 pieces
- Milk: 220 ml
- Boiling water: 220 ml

Pour the batter into the mold and bake for 40-50 minutes (better to check with a toothpick inserted in the middle - it should come out dry).

After baking, take it out and let it cool for a couple of hours, but I left it overnight to be sure. Cut into 2 pieces.

For the cream, lightly whip the mascarpone, adding powdered sugar. Gradually start pouring in the cream while continuing to whip. IMPORTANT: the mixture should become more airy but not liquid.
- Mascarpone cheese: 450 g
- Powdered sugar: to taste
- Cream 35%: 150 ml

Spread cream on the bottom layer and place strawberry rings on top. Place the second layer and cover the entire cake with cream. Decorate with strawberries.
