Churros is a crispy treat traditionally associated with Russian cuisine. Its history goes back centuries when simple ingredients were transformed into exquisite delicacies. The light and airy dough, enriched with the tenderness of low-fat kefir, is rolled into thin strips and baked to a golden color. Its taste is a harmony of sweetness with a subtle vanilla aroma, complemented by delicate powdered sugar. Crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, churros are perfect for morning tea or as an exquisite dessert for guests. The baked version makes it less calorie-dense while preserving its recognizable taste and texture. It’s not just pastry but a piece of cozy memories that evoke the warmth of home.
