Two-tone pie with sour cream is a true embodiment of Russian home baking, where the simplicity of ingredients transforms into an exquisite dessert. The history of such pies goes back centuries when housewives created wonders with available products. This pie captivates with its visual contrast – airy layers of light and chocolate dough intertwine in harmony. The delicate sour cream adds special juiciness, making each piece melt in the mouth. A light cocoa sprinkle completes the image, giving a subtle chocolate hue to the taste. Such a pie is perfect for a cozy tea time when you crave something sweet yet unobtrusive.
