Combine sugar and water in a saucepan. Cook on low heat for 7 minutes.
- Sugar: 150 g
- Water: 50 ml

Clean and finely chop the nuts. Sift the nut dust and crumbs through a sieve. Roast the nuts in a dry pan for 5 minutes.
- Walnuts: 250 g

Add lemon juice to the syrup. Add the nuts from the pan. Boil for 3 minutes until thickened.
- Lemon juice: 20 ml
- Walnuts: 250 g

Place the nut mixture in a mold lined with parchment paper greased with vegetable oil.
