Frozen Curd Creme Brulee
4 servings
300 minutes
Cottage cheese frozen crème brûlée is a delicate dessert inspired by classic French crème brûlée but adapted to Russian culinary traditions. In this version, rich cottage cheese replaces the traditional egg custard, giving the dish a rich and slightly tangy flavor that harmonizes with the caramel notes of condensed milk. Its airy texture, achieved through careful whipping of the ingredients, makes each bite melt in your mouth. Served chilled, it refreshes perfectly in hot weather and can be complemented with fresh berries or nuts. This dessert is a true embodiment of simplicity and sophistication available to anyone who appreciates Russian culinary traditions but isn't afraid to experiment.
