Boil sugar and 4 tablespoons of water to make sugar syrup until the sugar is completely dissolved, then cool.
- Sugar: 100 g
- Chicken egg: 1 piece

Soften the butter, mix it with the yolks and sugar syrup. Add flour with cinnamon and baking soda and knead a thick dough. Roll it into a ball, cover with film, and let it rest for 1 hour.
- Butter: 2 g
- Wheat flour: 200 g
- Cinnamon: 0.5 teaspoon
- Soda: pinch
- Salt: pinch

Divide the dough into several parts, roll them into sausages, and cut them into pieces 5-6 cm long. Shape into crescents, place on a greased baking sheet, and bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees until golden, about 15 minutes. Remove and cool.

Melt the chocolate in a water bath and let it cool slightly. Prepare a rack by placing paper towels or plastic wrap underneath. Dip the crescent ends into the melted chocolate and place them on the rack, trying to minimize contact with the surface. Put it in the fridge and allow the chocolate to set.
