French pastry dumplings are delicate and airy products that win the hearts of gourmets with their subtle aroma and rich flavor. Their base is a soft yeast dough infused with a creamy hint of margarine and a light sweetness of sugar. Thanks to the use of yeast, it gains elasticity and airiness, creating the perfect texture for tender pastries. These dumplings can be filled with various fillings: sweet ones like jams, fruits or chocolate; savory ones like meat, cheese or herbs. Their origin is linked to French baking tradition, where attention to detail and quality ingredients is the key to perfect taste. They make a wonderful addition to morning coffee, family dinners or cozy tea gatherings.
