Brownie with nuts

Brownies with nuts are a classic dessert of American cuisine, known for their rich chocolate flavor and soft, slightly chewy texture. The history of brownies dates back to the late 19th century when they were first made as an alternative to traditional cake. This recipe uses a combination of dark chocolate, butter, and nuts, giving the baked good a rich taste and aroma. The nuts add a crunchy texture that contrasts with the softness of the batter. Brownies are perfect for cozy evenings with a cup of coffee or as a festive treat. To achieve the ideal consistency, it's important to let the dessert chill in the refrigerator—this gives it density and deepens its flavor. They are served in portions as small squares and can be complemented with ice cream or berries.

1
Break 170 grams of chocolate into small pieces and melt it in a water bath. For this, place the bowl with chocolate over a pot of boiling water and stir the chocolate occasionally.
- Dark chocolate: 200 g
2
Then add the butter. Mix.
- Butter: 170 g
3
Add sugar, mix everything well again until all components dissolve, and remove the bowl from the water bath.
- Sugar: 250 g
4
Add three eggs (but to the cooled chocolate mixture!). Whisk together.
- Chicken egg: 3 pieces
5
Sift the flour with the baking powder, add it to the mixture and stir.
- Wheat flour: 125 g
- Baking powder: 1 teaspoon
6
Chop chocolate (30 grams) and nuts, add to the dough and mix.
- Dark chocolate: 200 g
- Nuts: 0.5 glass
7
Grease the baking pan with oil, line it with parchment paper, and grease it again with a thin layer of oil (mandatory!).
- Butter: 170 g
8
Place the dough in the mold and flatten it.
9
Bake the brownies in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for about 35-40 minutes. Check readiness with a wooden skewer.
10
When the brownies are ready, it's best to send them to the fridge for 8-12 hours. This way they will be even tastier and won't crumble much.
11
After freezing, you can cut the brownies into pieces and enjoy the taste.
