Prepare the dough. For this, heat the milk to 40 degrees, add the yeast, and let it sit for 15 minutes.
- Milk: 150 ml
- Dry yeast: 5 g

Sift the flour into a mound, make a well, add the egg, butter, and pour in the milk with yeast.
- Wheat flour: 300 g
- Chicken egg: 1 piece
- Vegetable oil: 1 tablespoon

Add sugar and salt, knead a soft, pliable dough. Cover it with plastic wrap and place it in a warm place for one to one and a half hours (I put it in the preheated oven with the door open at 50 degrees). After the time is up, the dough will double in size and be ready for use.
- Sugar: 2 tablespoons

Wash the apples and remove the core.
- Apple: 5 piece

Chop the nuts with a knife, mix with honey and cinnamon. Stuff the apples with the nuts.
- Walnuts: 150 g
- Honey: 2 tablespoons
- Ground cinnamon: 0.5 teaspoon

Roll out the prepared dough to a thickness of 7-8 mm and cut into squares. Place each apple in the center of the square, fold the edges like an envelope, and brush the dough with egg yolk.
- Egg yolk: 1 piece

Cut out leaves from the leftover dough, which can then be attached to the apples. Bake at 180 degrees until golden brown.
