Pour water over the gelatin and let it swell.
- Gelatin: 5 g

Bring cream and powdered sugar to a boil in a small saucepan (do not boil), stirring constantly to dissolve the sugar.
- Cream 33%: 200 ml
- Powdered sugar with vanilla: 3 tablespoons

Mix the yolk and swollen gelatin separately, then incorporate them into the cream without boiling.
- Egg yolk: 1 piece
- Gelatin: 5 g

Strain and pour half of the prepared mixture into bowls or glasses. Place in the freezer for 10 minutes. Keep the remaining mixture warm.

Take the glasses out of the freezer, spread a thin layer of jam on the frozen dessert, pour the remaining mixture over it, and place it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
