Beat the eggs with sugar and a little salt. While continuing to beat, pour in the honey and add the almonds (preferably a little less than a cup).
- Chicken egg: 2 pieces
- Sugar: 0.8 glass
- Salt: pinch
- Honey: 5 tablespoon
- Chopped almonds: 1 glass

Add sifted flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and zest. Knead the dough, roll it into a ball, and refrigerate for half an hour.
- Wheat flour: 2.5 glasss
- Ground cinnamon: to taste
- Nutmeg: to taste

- Lemon zest: to taste

Roll out the prepared dough as thin as possible and cut out shapes with molds. Bake at 180 degrees for ten to fifteen minutes until golden brown. Let cool slightly.
