Mix the butter with 100 grams of sugar. Combine the flour with the baking powder. Mix both mixtures together until crumbly.
- Butter: 100 g
- Sugar: 1 glass
- Wheat flour: 1.5 glass
- Baking powder: 1 teaspoon

Prepare the filling. Mash the cottage cheese, add sour cream, egg yolks, and mix. Whip the egg whites with sugar until thick foam forms (a pinch of salt can be added to whip faster). Add them to the cottage cheese mixture and mix.
- Cottage cheese: 300 g
- Sour cream 20%: 5 tablespoon
- Chicken egg: 2 pieces

Spread 2/3 of the dough on a greased baking tray, evenly distribute the filling on top. Sprinkle with the remaining dough.
