Strawberry cream with fresh berries is a delicate and refreshing dessert from Italian cuisine that captivates with its airy texture and vibrant berry flavor. Its roots trace back to traditional Italian recipes where fruits and dairy products combine to create a harmonious treat. In this dessert, fresh strawberries turn into fragrant puree, while sour cream adds softness and a slight tanginess to the cream. Thanks to gelatin, the cream gains a pleasant firmness, and pieces of fresh berries soaked in syrup complement the sweet composition. An ideal choice for summer indulgence – it refreshes beautifully and is served chilled in compotes, creating a sense of lightness and pleasure.
