Beat the eggs with sugar and salt.
- Chicken egg: 2 pieces
- Sugar: 1 tablespoon
- Salt: to taste

Add vegetable oil and mix.
- Vegetable oil: 2 tablespoons

Add milk and mix well.
- Milk: 500 ml

Add baking soda and flour, mix well with a whisk or mixer.
- Soda: 2 g
- Wheat flour: 200 g

Heat the pan and lightly grease it with oil. Pour the batter in the center and swirl the pan to distribute the batter evenly. When the bottom of the pancake turns golden, flip it over.

Fry on the second side for literally a few seconds. Then remove the pancake from the pan.
