To prepare the dough, melt the butter and mix it with flour, almonds, 40 g of sugar, and vanilla pulp.
- Butter: 80 g
- Wheat flour: 100 g
- Almond: 20 g
- Sugar: 140 g
- Vanilla: 1 piece

Cover the baking tray with paper or grease it with fat. Place the dough.

Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 180°C.

Reduce the oven temperature to 150°C.

For the filling, mix sugar, vanilla sugar, and flour. Add eggs, juice, and zest, and mix thoroughly. Evenly cover the dough with the mixture and bake for 15 minutes. The mixture should set but not turn brown.
