Sugar-free cookies

Sugar-free cookies are a refined and healthy dessert rooted in Russian cuisine. In the past, such treats were made with natural sweeteners, among which honey held a special place. It gives the cookies a subtle caramel aroma and natural sweetness, making the taste soft, rounded, and warming. Adding kefir ensures a tender texture, while butter provides a rich, creamy note. These cookies are perfect for morning tea as they do not overload the body with sugar and pair wonderfully with honey or herbal drinks. They can be served for breakfast, taken on the go, or used to delight guests while creating an atmosphere of coziness and home warmth. The simplicity of preparation makes this recipe accessible to anyone who wants to enjoy traditional Russian flavors without excessive sweetness.
