Spicy biscotti is an Italian cookie with a rich history, traditionally served with coffee or wine. Its crispy texture is achieved through double baking, and the aroma unfolds through a blend of spices, orange notes, and bitter chocolate. The flavor of biscotti is refined: warm hints of cardamom and cinnamon intertwine harmoniously with citrus freshness, while chocolate pieces add a pleasant bitterness. This cookie is perfect for a morning cup of coffee or a leisurely evening with a glass of dessert wine. Spicy biscotti is not just a treat but a true gastronomic journey to the heart of Italy.

Shape the dough into a log on baking paper, smoothing out the unevenness with a damp palm. Bake for 20 minutes at 170°C. Cut the hot log into slices with a very sharp knife. Dry the slices in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
