- Cardamom: 2 teaspoons

Beat the butter with sugar until smooth. Add the egg, vanilla, lemon zest to the mixture and mix thoroughly with a mixer.

- Sugar: 150 g
- Chicken egg: 1 piece
- Vanilla extract: 1 tablespoon
- Lemon zest: 1 teaspoon

Prepare the dough by mixing both prepared mixtures.

Divide the dough into two equal parts and roll them into sausages. To achieve the perfect shape and smooth surface, wrap the dough in cellophane sheets before rolling.

Chill the dough by placing it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

Roll the chilled dough in colored sugar and cut it into cookies (about 1 cm thick).
