Sour pancakes

An ideal recipe from the village: when milk in the house went sour, it was not poured out, but used for pancakes. However, we suggest not waiting for the milk to go sour, but turning it into "sour" consciously.

1
Prepare all the ingredients.

2
Mix eggs with sugar and salt until light foam forms.
- Chicken egg: 2 pieces
- Sugar: 30 g
- Salt: 0.3 teaspoon

3
Add sour milk and baking soda, mix until smooth.
- Sour milk: 450 ml
- Soda: 0.5 teaspoon

4
Add flour and mix well again to avoid lumps.
- Wheat flour: 130 g

5
Mix 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and water into the dough, stir, and let it sit for 10 minutes.
- Vegetable oil: 4 tablespoons
- Water: 50 ml

6
Heat the pancake pan well and grease it with vegetable oil.
- Vegetable oil: 4 tablespoons

7
Pour half a ladle of batter into the pan, spreading it over the surface.

8
When the edges of the batter turn golden, flip the pancake and cook for 20-30 seconds.

9
Fry all the batter, greasing each pancake with butter.
- Vegetable oil: 4 tablespoons
- Sour cream: to taste

10
Serve pancakes with sour cream or other favorite toppings.
