Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Cut the melon. Separate the flesh from the skin, remove the seeds, and cut into large cubes.
- Melon: 300 g

Place the chopped melon flesh in the immersion blender bowl.

Pour 1 tablespoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice into the blender bowl.
- Lemon juice: 1 tablespoon

Wash the mint well under running water, separate 5 leaves, and place them in the blender bowl.
- Mint leaves: 5 piece

Blend all ingredients well with an immersion blender until smooth and pour into ice cream molds.

Fill all the molds with fruit juice.

Distribute 1 teaspoon of honey into the molds.
- Honey: 1 teaspoon

Cover the filled molds with a lid. Place the fruit ice molds in the freezer for at least 4 hours, until fully frozen.

Before serving, to easily remove the fruit ice, place the molds in hot water for 5 seconds, then gently remove the ice.
