Profiteroles filled with cream cheese are a refined French delicacy embodying sophistication and lightness. Their origin is linked to the traditions of French cuisine, where the art of baking holds a special place. Crispy, light balls of choux pastry are filled with a delicate cream made from cream cheese, whipped cream, and vanilla sugar, creating a harmony of flavors. Sweet berries add a refreshing tartness, while powdered sugar completes the look, giving the dessert a special charm. These profiteroles are perfect for morning coffee or an exquisite festive table.

1
Prepare all the ingredients.

2
Pour 1 cup of water (250 ml) into a thick-bottomed pot, add butter and salt, and bring to a boil. As soon as the water boils and the butter melts, immediately add all the flour and cook for 2-3 minutes while constantly stirring.
- Water: 1 glass
- Butter: 125 g
- Salt: 0.3 teaspoon
- Wheat flour: 1 glass

3
Remove from heat, stir, cool to warm, and add eggs one by one, mixing thoroughly.
- Chicken egg: 5 piece

4
Once the dough starts to stretch, stop adding eggs.

5
Using a piping bag or a teaspoon, place the dough on a baking sheet lined with a silicone mat or parchment paper. Put the baking sheet in an oven preheated to 185 degrees. After 15 minutes, when the profiteroles rise and brown, reduce the temperature to 160 degrees. Do not open the oven. Bake for another 25 minutes.

6
Remove the profiteroles and place them to cool.

7
Place the cottage cheese in a bowl, mix with a mixer, add powdered sugar and vanilla sugar, and whip.
- Cottage cheese: 400 g
- Powdered sugar: 100 g
- Vanilla sugar: 8 g

8
Whip the chilled cream with a mixer.
- Cream 33%: 250 ml

9
Combine the cottage cheese cream and whipped cream, adding the cream to the cheese in parts and gently mixing the creamy mass with a spatula in an upward motion.

10
Cut each profiterole from one side, fill it with cream, adding a few berries. Dust with powdered sugar when serving.
- Fresh berries: 150 g
- Powdered sugar: 100 g
