To make sand dough, mix flour, salt, and butter by hand, rubbing the mixture in your palms.
- Wheat flour: 150 g
- Butter: 75 g
- Salt: pinch

Add water, knead the dough and form it into a ball. Place it on the work surface and press it down with your palm 2-3 times.
- Water: 50 ml

Roll the dough into a ball again and chill (if possible for 2 hours) before cooking.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

Peel the apples and slice them thinly.

Dust the work surface with flour and roll out the dough with a rolling pin.

Place it in a pie form and arrange the apple slices in a circle, overlapping. Bake for about 30 minutes.
