Roll out the dough (on baking paper).
- Puff pastry: 500 g

Spread with herb cheese.

Gradually separate the dough from the paper and roll it into a tight log.

Wrap in baking paper or food film.

Place in the freezer for 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Take the roll out of the freezer and remove the paper or film.

Slice with a sharp knife into pieces about 1 cm thick.
