Melt the butter in a water bath. Cut the bananas into thick slices.

In the center of a large bowl, add flour, sugar, and vanilla powder. Make a well in the center, pour in milk, egg, melted butter, and rum. Whisk everything until a smooth mixture is obtained.

- Rum: 1 teaspoon

Place a large skillet on the heat, pour in oil, and heat well. Reduce the heat. Dip banana slices in the batter and use a tablespoon to place them in the skillet. Fry for about 10-15 minutes until they are golden and crispy.
