Prepare all the ingredients.

In a deep bowl, combine the chicken egg, sugar, and vanilla sugar.
- Chicken egg: 1 piece
- Sugar: 2 tablespoons
- Vanilla sugar: 5 g

Mix with a whisk until smooth.

Heat the kefir in the microwave or in a water bath.

Pour warm kefir into the egg mixture, add a pinch of salt, and mix.
- Kefir: 250 ml
- Salt: pinch

Sift the flour and gradually add it to the kefir mixture. You may need a little more or less flour. The consistency should be medium thick.
- Wheat flour: 230 g

Add 0.5 teaspoon of baking soda, mix well and let the dough rest for 15 minutes.
- Soda: 4 g

Heat the pan and lightly grease it with oil.
- Sunflower oil: 2 tablespoons

Carefully scoop the dough with a spoon and shape pancakes in the pan.

Fry the pancakes on both sides until golden brown.
