Dessert "Kisselnye Berega"

The dessert "Kisselnye Berega", which is prepared here, combines oatmeal, raspberries, blueberries and heavy cream. Nothing complicated, the main thing is to find good berries. Pour water over the oatmeal, stir and let it steep for 2 hours, stirring occasionally. Then strain through a sieve, add sugar and mix well. Divide into three parts.
- Oat flakes: 1 glass
- Water: 3 glasss
- Sugar: 1 glass

Add raspberries to one part, blueberries to another, and cream to the third.
- Raspberry: 100 g
- Blueberry: 100 g
- Cream 35%: 0.5 glass

Carefully bring each part to a boil, constantly stirring with a spoon or whisk. Do not boil for more than a few seconds. Immediately layer into serving dishes: with blueberries, cream, and topped with raspberries. Let it set.
