A hearty pie that contains not only chicken but also rice and mushrooms. Recipe by Elena Kapitonova, chef at the Zavidovskie Produkty farm.

For the test, mix flour with butter and eggs, add salt. Place the kneaded dough in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours, then knead again. Divide the finished dough into two parts - the top and bottom of the pie.
- Wheat flour: 870 g
- Butter: 250 g
- Chicken egg: 10 pieces

Mix all ingredients for the pancakes. Cook pancakes in a pan with oil.

For the first layer of filling, chop the boiled chicken into small pieces. Add the sautéed onion in oil, stir in the cream, season with salt and pepper, and let it cool.
- Boiled chicken: 350 g

For the second layer of filling, combine rice with chopped eggs, add cream, season with salt and pepper, and let cool.
- Rice: 150 g

For the third layer, chop and fry mushrooms and onions in oil. Add cream, season with salt and pepper, and let it cool.
- Champignons: 300 g
- Onion: 200 g

For the chicken pie, roll out one part of the dough to a thickness of 0.5 cm and place it on a greased baking sheet. Add the chicken filling and cover with a layer of pancakes. Then add the rice filling with egg and cover with another layer of pancakes. Top with the mushroom filling with onions. Cover with the second rolled-out half of the dough.

Decorate the chicken pie with dough figures - braids, leaves, etc. Brush with an egg mixed with milk.
