Pour kefir over the semolina, mix it, and let it swell for 30 minutes.
- Semolina: 1 glass
- Kefir: 1 glass

Beat the eggs lightly with a mixer until frothy.
- Chicken egg: 2 pieces

Pour sugar into the mixer bowl and continue beating until fluffy foam.
- Sugar: 1 glass

Combine the soaked semolina with the eggs and mix thoroughly with a silicone spatula.
- Semolina: 1 glass
- Chicken egg: 2 pieces

Add vanilla extract and mix.

Sift the flour and baking powder, mix with the mass until homogeneous consistency.
- Wheat flour: 1 glass
- Baking powder: 0.5 teaspoon

Grease the baking pan well with butter.

Pour the semolina batter into a mold and send it to an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
- Semolina: 1 glass

To check the readiness of the semolina cake, poke it with a wooden skewer or toothpick: if it comes out dry, the cake is ready. Sprinkle the cake with powdered sugar or drizzle with melted chocolate.
