Separate the whites from the yolks. Beat the whites with + 5 tablets of sweetener + vanilla (to taste) with a mixer until peaks form.

Mash 40 grams of cottage cheese with the yolks.
- Cottage cheese: 180 g

Carefully combine the yolks with the cottage cheese and whipped egg whites, mixing with a spatula until homogeneous.

Place the mixture in silicone molds. Bake for 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until golden brown.

Make the cream: mix the remaining cottage cheese with 5 tablets of sweetener. Add 'Baileys' to taste.
