Corn sweet flatbread without yeast is a simple yet surprisingly delicious dessert rooted in European baking traditions. The flatbread is airy, tender, and sweet with light notes of vanilla and raisins that give it a special aroma. Corn flour adds lightness and softness to the texture, while the absence of yeast makes the preparation process quick and accessible. This flatbread pairs wonderfully with tea or coffee, and its sweet flavor and crispy crust turn each serving into a true delight. It can be served with honey, jam, or fresh berries to enhance the taste with new nuances. A great option for a cozy home breakfast or a light dessert!
