Whisk the yolks with 40 grams of sugar until fluffy and pale. Add milk, 60 ml of vegetable oil, and mix in flour and salt.

Whip the egg whites into a foam, add to the yolk mixture, and mix.

Heat vegetable oil in a pan and fry thin pancakes from the prepared batter.

For the sauce, melt the butter over medium heat, add sugar, stir, and pour in the orange juice. Continue to cook, stirring, until the sauce starts to thicken.
