Millionaire's Cookies

Crush the cookies for the base and mix with 100 grams of melted butter.
- Cookie: 200 g
- Butter: 150 g

Place parchment at the bottom of a small rectangular mold and layer the cookie base about 5 mm high, then refrigerate for 20 minutes.

For caramel, melt sugar in a saucepan until golden, without stirring. Add half of the pre-heated milk.
- Sugar: 200 g
- Milk: 200 ml

After the milk boils and the caramel starts to thicken (bubbles increase), add butter and a pinch of salt. Pour the caramel into the mold with the cookies.
- Butter: 150 g
- Salt: pinch

Melt the chocolate with milk in the microwave or in a water bath, mix with cocoa, and spread over the caramel.
- Chocolate: 100 g
- Milk: 200 ml
- Cocoa powder: 50 g

Sprinkle with coarse salt on top and refrigerate for an hour. Cut the finished cookies into pieces and serve.
- Coarse salt: to taste
