Combine juice and honey in a saucepan, gently heat, and add agar-agar. Bring to a boil and remove from heat.
- Berry juice: 400 ml
- Honey: 50 g
- Agar-agar: 2 g

Slightly cool the juice and strain it if foam forms.

Pour the juice into molds, add fruits and berries to taste.
- Fresh berries: 150 g

Put in the refrigerator for 20–30 minutes.

When the jelly stabilizes, it can be eaten.
