Mix the eggs with sugar and flour without beating.
- Chicken egg: 8 pieces
- Sugar: 20 g
- Wheat flour: 40 g

Pour melted chocolate into the egg mixture and stir.
- Milk chocolate: 200 g

Pour into fondant molds and bake at 180 degrees for 8-10 minutes. The fondant will be ready when the edges rise and a dip is still visible in the center.

To make beer sauce, mix ale and sugar, then evaporate the mixture (cook in a saucepan over medium heat until thickened).
- Pale Ale: 200 ml
- Sugar: 20 g

When serving, generously pour beer sauce over the fondant and optionally sprinkle with any finely chopped nuts.
