Strawberry Soup

Greetings from childhood! When strawberries are no longer easy to eat in their usual form, they are great as a dessert soup. An original recipe that is revived anew every summer. There are many variations on how to make strawberry soup. We made the simplest one.

Prepare the necessary ingredients

Cut a quarter of the most beautiful strawberries into halves or quarters.
- Strawberry: 1 kg

Add sugar to the sliced strawberries.
- Sugar: 1 tablespoon

Mix with a tablespoon of lemon juice and refrigerate for an hour.
- Lemon juice: 2 tablespoons

Place the remaining strawberries in the blender bowl.
- Strawberry: 1 kg

Add lemon and orange juice.
- Lemon juice: 2 tablespoons
- Freshly squeezed orange juice: 125 ml

Add honey, if you want it sweeter, add more honey. Put in the fridge for 45 minutes.
- Honey: 1 tablespoon

Before serving, mix the juice collected in the bowl with the chopped strawberries into the soup.

Pour into plates and top with pieces of strawberries.
