Kale Pesto Sauce

15 minutes
Kale pesto is a modern take on classic Italian pesto. This sauce has a vibrant and rich flavor, where the nutty sweetness of pine nuts harmonizes with the savory saltiness of Parmesan and the freshness of lemon. Kale gives it a deep green hue and a slightly herbaceous taste. It’s perfect for dressing pasta, spreading on crispy bread, or as a sauce for fish and vegetables. Its ease of preparation makes it an excellent choice for those looking to add a touch of culinary sophistication to everyday dishes. When stored in the fridge, its flavor deepens, and when frozen, it retains freshness for up to a month.
