Cauliflower salad for winter is a traditional Russian winter dish that perfectly complements cold evenings with its bright flavor. It is based on tender cauliflower infused with the aromas of sweet peppers, juicy tomatoes, and fresh herbs. The light acidity of vinegar and the sweetness of carrots provide a harmonious balance of flavors, while garlic adds spiciness. This salad not only preserves the freshness of vegetables for many months but also serves as an excellent side dish for meat and fish dishes. Its rich taste fully unfolds after winter infusion, turning ordinary ingredients into a gourmet treat. A great choice for lovers of homemade preservation and traditional Russian recipes.
