Mustard sauce is a true symbol of American cuisine, adding a unique spicy flavor to dishes. Its history is rooted in BBQ traditions and restaurant dressings for burgers and sandwiches. The sauce has a bright mustard sharpness balanced by the light sweetness of syrup, and the addition of mayonnaise makes it creamier and richer. Mustard sauce pairs perfectly with meat and vegetable dishes, complementing barbecues, smoked foods, and fried snacks excellently. It goes well with wings, fries, or even a simple sandwich, giving them richness and pleasant spiciness.
