Sun-dried Tomato and White Bean Sauce
10 servings
100 minutes
Sun-dried tomato and white bean sauce embodies Mediterranean flavor, where the richness of beans harmonizes with the tangy acidity of tomatoes. This recipe has roots in Greek cuisine, known for its simplicity and vibrant flavors. White beans make the sauce creamy and nutritious, while aromatic rosemary adds sophistication. A splash of lemon juice brings freshness, and spices add expressiveness. The sauce can be used as a dip for pita, a spread for bread, or an accompaniment to vegetable dishes. It will be a wonderful companion for light snacks, bringing warm shades of the Greek sun and aromas of sea breeze into them. This is not just a sauce but a culinary journey to the heart of the Mediterranean.
