Quick cranberry sauce with orange zest is a true palette of flavors, combining the sweetness of sugar, the tartness of cranberries, and a refreshing citrus note. This sauce hails from European cuisine, traditionally used as an accompaniment to meat dishes, especially turkey. Its bright ruby color makes it not only delicious but also aesthetically appealing.
