Boil the mushrooms after trimming and washing them. After boiling, cool slightly and cut as desired.
- Mushrooms: 200 g

Boil the eggs and cut only the whites, then grate the yolk at the end.
- Chicken egg: 2 pieces

Slice the tomatoes into rings and mix everything or layer it on lettuce leaves (optional): mushrooms, mayonnaise, tomatoes, egg white, mayonnaise, yolk, sprinkled with chopped greens. Don't forget to add salt.
