Bean Salad

To make a delicious bean salad, mix cucumbers, tomatoes, olives and red onion, add canned beans, chopped herbs and feta. The best combination for this company will be simple olive oil with lemon, garlic and spices. 3 minutes - and a fresh, but dense and satisfying salad is ready.

In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, crushed garlic, salt, pepper, and sugar until smooth.
- Olive oil: 50 ml
- Lemon: 0.5 piece
- Garlic: 1 clove
- Salt: to taste
- Ground black pepper: to taste
- Sugar: to taste

Rinse the canned beans and leave them in a strainer to drain excess liquid.
- Canned white beans: 1 jar

Chop red onion and cucumbers into small cubes.
- Red onion: 0.5 head
- Cucumbers: 2 pieces

Remove the pits from the olives and chop them coarsely.
- Kalamata olives: 70 g

Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
- Cherry tomatoes: 300 g

Mash the feta with a fork to create lumps resembling cottage cheese.

Chop the parsley, removing the stems.
- Parsley: 20 g

In a large bowl, mix all prepared ingredients, drizzle the salad with dressing, and serve immediately.
