Green salad with seeds

Prepare the dressing. Finely chop or blend the white salad onion in pulse mode. Mix with 50 ml of olive oil, honey, wine vinegar, and raspberry vinegar. Mix everything thoroughly. This dressing will be enough for about 2 servings of salad.
- Salad onions: 50 g
- Olive oil: 65 ml
- Honey: 4 g
- White wine vinegar: 5 ml
- Raspberry vinegar: 2 ml

Pour 70 grams of dressing into a deep plate. Tear the salad by hand and place it in the plate.
- Mixed salad leaves: 50 g
- Olive oil: 65 ml

Roast the seeds and let them cool while the salad is being prepared.
- Sunflower seeds: 10 g

Thinly slice the apple and add it to the plate. Then add a thin slice of zucchini as well. Sprinkle the seeds.
- Green apples: 50 g
- Young zucchini: 60 g
- Sunflower seeds: 10 g

Sprinkle the salad with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Blend two cranberries in a blender and add the rest to the salad. Top the salad with berry crumbs and serve.
