Boil 4 eggs for two minutes, cool them down, and carefully peel.
- Chicken egg: 5 piece

Finely chop the onion and garlic, add them with mustard to the minced meat, season with salt and pepper, and knead well.
- Green onions: 50 g

- Mustard: 2 tablespoons
- Salt: to taste
- Ground black pepper: to taste

Prepare three bowls. In one, beat one egg and 4 tablespoons of water, in the second add flour, and in the third add breadcrumbs.

Pour oil into a deep pan or a thick-bottomed steel pot and set it to heat. You can check if the oil is ready for frying by dipping a wooden spatula into it. If small bubbles rise from the tip of the spatula, the oil has reached the right temperature.

Divide the minced meat into 4 parts.
- Ground beef: 500 g

Form a patty from the minced meat with your right hand. Use vinyl gloves to prevent the meat from sticking to your hand.

Then coat the soft-boiled egg in flour on all sides, place it in the center of the meat patty, seal the edges carefully to avoid crushing the egg inside, and form a ball.
- Wheat flour: 200 g

Now coat the ball in flour, then dip it in egg and coat it in breadcrumbs. Do the same with the other patties.

Fry the patties in heated oil for three minutes on each side, carefully flipping them.
