Wash the thighs and drumsticks, let them dry slightly. In a bowl (pot), mix the spices and add everything together.
- Chicken legs: 2 pieces
- Chicken drumstick: 2 pieces
- Mayonnaise: 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce: 100 ml
- Seasoning for chicken: to taste
- Salt: to taste
- Fresh bay leaf: to taste
- Black allspice: to taste
- Sweet paprika: to taste
- Ground black pepper: to taste
- Garlic: 1 clove

Thoroughly mix the drumsticks and thighs to evenly distribute the spices over the chicken. Now let it sit for about 25 minutes.

We place the baking bag (sleeve) in the dish (on the baking tray), put the chicken thighs and drumsticks in the bag, and tie the ends with wire (or secure with clips, depending on what came with your baking bag/sleeve).
