Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a pan. Add mushrooms, onion, and garlic. Sauté for about 7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Butter: 3 tablespoons
- Fresh mushrooms: 300 g
- Onion: 60 g
- Finely chopped garlic: 1 teaspoon

Mix 1 cup of grated cheese and seasoning with the mushroom mixture. Pound the chicken breasts. Place 1/3 cup of the mixture on each chicken breast. Fold horizontally and secure with 2 toothpicks. Melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter. Dip the chicken in the butter, then coat in breadcrumbs. Place in a baking dish and drizzle with remaining butter.
