Wash the beans thoroughly, trim the ends on both sides, and cut each pod into 2-3 pieces.

Fry the finely chopped onion in butter and add the beans. Cook on low heat for 10-15 minutes.

In another pan, melt a small piece of butter and add Italian spices. Fry for 1-2 minutes, then add breadcrumbs and mix. After 1-2 minutes, add grated cheese and mix again.

Transfer the contents of the second pan to the first, add some boiled water, and cover with a lid. Leave for 5-7 minutes to let the kidzbek stew completely.
